We have added Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users signing in to Kount 360. Email is the default MFA method. You can enable additional MFA methods, such as Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or a security key/biometric authenticator in the Kount 360 Okta portal.

In Policy Management, we added the ability for you to enable or disable segments as needed. Previously, you would have to delete an entire segment to stop it from being evaluated in your segment list. This feature helps prevent accidental activation of incomplete or experimental segments during configuration.
When you create a segment, it is enabled by default. The segment statuses are displayed on the Segments landing page in Policy Management:

We have added additional data insights for the Dashboard, Event Analysis, and Analytics to improve performance monitoring, pattern recognition, and assigning decisions to pending orders. The added data insights are:

A Session ID for order correlation. This is displayed as a column in Event Analysis, the Case Queue, and in the Order Info widget.

A Distance widget for the Dashboard to define the distance between billing, shipping, phone number, and the device location.

Three Chargeback Reports in the Analytics Payments Fraud Reports folder.

The new Dashboard widgets are not automatically added to the Default Dashboard. You can create a custom dashboard layout and add the new widgets as needed. For more information, go to Customizing the Dashboard.

We added an export feature to custom reports in Analytics. You can export reports as CSV, XLSX, JSON, or PDF. Exporting a report lets you filter, sort, and share data across different platforms.

Users with Admin permissions can run an audit report that displays what every user does to Lists. The report includes a timestamp and user identification for the following events:

Creating a list

Deleting a list

Editing a list

Adding a list entry

Deleting a list entry
This report is useful when performing internal or external security and audit reports. To run an audit report, go to Export a List Changes Report.

In Event Analysis, when you select Device ID or User ID, you can now view the device or user relationships across multiple event types. The device/user relationship table can show up to 100 recent event types. From this table, you can view the device or user history for each individual event as needed.
To access and view Device ID or User ID history, select or filter by the respective ID, then select Device History or User History.
Refer to Viewing Device History in Event Analysis or Viewing User History in Event Analysis for more detailed instructions.

We added the option to manage Trust States for trusted devices in Event Analysis. This feature is only available for Login event types. You can update the Trust State and Friendly Name (Banned, Trusted, Unknown, or Unassigned) for all the Device IDs associated with a specific User ID.
To access and edit Trust States for Login events, select a Device ID, the gear icon next to User Relationship, and then select the respective table cell to edit. For more detailed instructions, refer to Editing Trust States in Event Analysis.

We have added new conditions to Policy Management for Login and New Account Opening:

Failed Attempts per User ID — For Login events only. This velocity counts the number of times a user ID has failed an attempt.

Login Attempts per User ID — For Login events only. This velocity counts the number of times a user ID has failed login attempts.

Distinct Countries per User ID — For Login events only. This velocity calculates the amount of distinct device country locations per user ID.

Distinct Cities per Username — For Login and New Account Opening events. This velocity calculates the amount of distinct device city locations per username.

Distinct Cities per User ID — For Login events only. This velocity calculates the amount of distinct device city locations per user ID.
