We added a new feature to Policy Management. A Set is a collection of segments and policies grouped together based on specific logic and conditions. You can create multiple sets of rules to manage fraud attempts. Currently, you can only have five sets created at a time per Event Type, and only one set can be active..
Sets can:
-
Create multiple sets of segments and policies based on different business cases.
-
Duplicate sets and modify rules.
-
Switch between sets without modifying an active set.
-
Prepare multiple sets in advance for business conditions or time-based events.
-
Enable default sets created by Kount during onboarding.

We added a Version Details section to segments. Now all changes are recorded in this section and require you to publish pending changes. After changes are published, a version of the segment is logged and timestamped. You can view all historic versions of the segment, including the original, and restore them if needed.
This feature is helpful for performing audits and reverting changes if issues occur with new condition configurations.
For more information about viewing and restoring versions, go to Version Details in Policy Management.

When creating or editing segment conditions, you can add tags to policies. When a policy is evaluated, the corresponding tag is returned in the API response. Now you can also assign weights to tags, allowing more flexibility for risk assessment and prioritization.
Not all risks carry the same level of importance. With tag weights, you can assign different weights to tags based on the importance of the associated risk. Each tag has a unique weight within a specific policy and you can assign the same tag to multiple policies with different weights.
Note
You cannot create a policy that has both tag weights and the Tag Evaluation Score condition.
You can assign any weight from -1000 to 1000 to a tag.
