Auto Agent uses rules that are created within the Auto Agent Rules Engine to automate actions. This process usually involves automated callouts to third-party services. Auto Agent is located under the Workflow tab. Auto Agent rules are only run upon transactions held within the Suspect Order page. To utilize Auto Agent, it must be enabled on the Queue Options page.
Auto Agent Use Case: Automatically eliminate transactions from the Suspect Orders Queue
Customer "A" holds all orders with different Billing and Shipping addresses for Review. The customer creates an Auto Agent rule that queries a third-party address verification service to check for a valid Billing address, and a second rule to approve orders that contain valid billing addresses, thus eliminating from Suspect Orders all transactions with different Billing and Shipping addresses in which the Billing address is valid.
