Customize the data shown on tables in the Agent Web Console (AWC) by adding, deleting, or moving the visible data columns.
- Log in to the AWC, and then navigate to the page you want to customize, such as the Suspect Orders or Order Search page.
- In the upper-right of the table, click the Configure icon .
- Under More Options, click Configure Columns.
- From the Configure Columns page, you can perform the following:
Move columns: Drag and drop any desired column to rearrange the displayed order.
Delete columns: Drag a column to the trash icon to remove it from the list.
Add columns: Click the Choose Column drop-down list, choose a desired column, and then click Add column.
NOTE: Any changes to the format of these pages applies to all users under the same merchant ID (MID).
