The following user details may be edited:
- Name
- Initials
- Phone Number
- Timezone
- Group Permissions
To edit user details or to delete a user in the Agent Web Console (AWC), do the following:
- From the Dashboard, click the Admin menu, and then click Users and Groups.
- On the Users and Groups page, locate the user you want to edit or delete, and then click the gear icon at the far right of the row.
- Click Edit or Delete.
- When finished, click Save, if editing.
