Order Analysis is an easily consumable snapshot of a transaction that has been designed for a streamlined manual review experience.
The following answer some of the common questions surrounding the Order Analysis page.
How do I navigate to Order Analysis?
On the Suspect Orders Queue there are two links. The analysis link loads the Order Analysis page and the details link loads the Transaction Details Page for an order.
In addition, when viewing the Transaction Details page the Transaction ID in the upper left-hand corner provides a link to the Order Analysis page.
Is the Transaction Details page still available?
Yes.
How do I navigate to the Transaction Details page?

In addition, when viewing Order Analysis, the Transaction ID value in the middle “Review Details” section is a link to the Transaction Details page.
How is the Customer History section populated?
The Customer History section is a simplified version of Link Analysis. It provides a high level summary of all transactions from the same customer email address during the last two weeks.
How are the number of Payment Tokens, Chargebacks, and Refunds calculated?
The last two years of your business' transaction history is analyzed for a count of unique payment tokens, chargebacks, and refunds linked to the customer's email address.
Where is Link Analysis?
In order to streamline the manual review experience, some advanced manual review features like Link Analysis are intentionally not available with Order Analysis. The Customer History section of Order Analysis offers a simplified version of Link Analysis and the full Link Analysis feature is available on Transaction Details.
How do I update VIP Lists with Order data?
In order to streamline the manual review experience, some advanced manual review features like VIP Lists are intentionally not available with Order Analysis. The VIP List feature is only available on Transaction Details.
