How to Set Up Password Policies in the Agent Web Console

Sign in to the Agent Web Console.

Select Admin, and then Password Policy. The Password Policy section provides instructions and minimum requirements for establishing secure passwords. In the main pane are a series of fields and checkboxes that allow an Admin user to configure a policy.

Make selections specific to how you want your password policy configured.

Once you have completed configuration, select Save.
