Once integrated, the Ekata gadget displays on the Transaction Details page.
Data is identifiable via three status types: pass, warning, and neutral.
- Data rules that are examined and demonstrate no issues are marked with the pass icon, a check inside a green circle.
- Data rules that are examined and demonstrate a potential problem are marked with a warning icon, an exclamation point inside a yellow triangle.
- Any rules examined that return no icon indicate that information is not available for the given data type or that the examination did not yield information that warrants a pass or warning.
Clicking more data in the Ekata gadget retrieves a page containing additional information.
Rules can be written in both the Real-Time Rules Engine and the Auto Agent Rules Engine using Ekata data. If a rule involving Ekata has been written and triggered, that information displays in the Rules Triggered gadget on the Transaction Details page.
