Yes. Dynamic Scoring monitors and tracks changes to a Kount Risk score for up to two weeks. Any elevation of risk associated with a previously authorized transaction results in a Changed status of the affected order. The customer can see the Changed status of the order by looking at the Transaction Details page, and can take appropriate action.
Some orders with a Changed status will display in the Suspect Orders queue, depending on the threshold settings saved in the customer's Queue Options. Click here for more information about re-scoring and threshold settings.
