From the Kount Control Admin page, create users to provide access to the Kount Control Portal. An Admin or View only user can be created depending on the type of role required for the individual.
- Log into the Kount Control Portal.
- On the left navigation bar, click the Admin icon

- On the Admin page, all existing users display. To create a new user, click Create User.
- On the Create User page, fill out the required fields.
- First and last name (Alphanumeric only, no special characters)
- A valid email address (Required for user activation)
- Phone number (Optional)
- Click the Role drop-down menu, and then designate a Role for the new user.
- Admin - Can create and edit other users in the Portal
- View only – Cannot create Profiles/Policies or access the Admin page.
