From the Kount Control Admin page, view and edit existing Portal users.
- Log into the Kount Control Portal.
- On the left navigation bar, select the Admin icon
.
- On the Admin page, all existing users display with the following personally identifiable information:
- First and last name
- Email Address
- Date user was created
- Assigned role (Admin, View Only)
- Activation Status
- Identify a specific user or group of users by using one of the following features:
- Filter users by their activation status by clicking the User Type drop-down and selecting an activation status:
- All users
- Active users
- Archived users – Users not permitted to access the Portal
- Search for existing users in the search bar.
- Filter users by their activation status by clicking the User Type drop-down and selecting an activation status:
- Once the user you want to modify displays, edit the user by clicking the Edit icon
– or by clicking the username.
- The user information displays for the selected user.
- To edit any user information, click the Edit icon
in the User pane. Make any necessary edits to the user’s name, email, or phone number.
With all edits made, click Saveto update the user information, or Cancel
to discard all changes.
- To edit the user’s role, click the Role drop-down menu and select the desired Role.
With the role updated, click Save User.
- To edit any user information, click the Edit icon
To reset a user’s password, click the Reset Password button to send an email to the user with reset instructions.
