Email insights is a collection of 130+ email address attributes that can be used in numerous configurations to assess risk with a specific email address. Since email addresses are used as a primary identity source in online transactions, evaluating the risk associated with an email address can preemptively stop fraud. These attributes are available to configure standalone, or in conjunction with existing rules in the Kount Agent Web Console (AWC).

**Create a rule using Email Insights**

**NOTE:** The actions in this step apply to both the *Auto Decision Engine (ADE)* and the *Auto Agent (AA)* rules editors.

- Log into the Kount AWC, using your provided credentials.
- From the top navigation bar, click the
**Fraud Control**tab, and then click**Rules**. - Click

- In the
*Condition Editor*, select an operator from the drop-down menu, and then in the text box enter your desired condition numeric value. All features in Email Insights use a numeric value (integer or floating decimel).

NOTE: -
Under

*Rule Actions*in the bottom left corner, next to*Rule is*, select or clear the**Disabled**checkbox (depending on whether or not you want the rule to be enabled), and then select or clear the**Important**checkbox (depending on whether you want to give this rule special preference in the hierarchy of rules). - In the
