You can create custom views for reports in Analytics. Custom views can be saved and set to default as needed. Each user can have a maximum of ten bookmarks per report. Custom views reduce the time needed to filter and sort reports and allow you to leave and return to the report without losing progress.
You can find report bookmarks in Analytics at the following location:
Saving custom reports allows you to access them later without having to rebuild them. This reduces the amount of time required for creating reports.
To save a custom report:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.
-
Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Modify the report as needed.
Note
You can reset your modifications at any time by selecting Reset next to the Bookmarks icon.

Select Bookmarks

Select Save as new bookmark.
The Save bookmark prompt displays with an option to add a name and set this bookmark as the default.

Enter a name, then choose if you want to set this bookmark as the default.
Note
Setting a custom report as the default enables it as the standard view whenever you open the report. This view is available to other users accessing the report.

Select Save.
The Bookmarks icon changes color to reflect the save action.
Once a view is saved as a bookmark, it is the current view. Any changes you make on the current view are not saved unless you select the option to either update with current changes or save as a new bookmark.
Note
If you leave the current view and did not set it as the default, the report reverts to the default view when you return.
You can set a custom report view as the default. This enables you to leave the page and return to this view without having to find and select the bookmark. Default views are available to other users and each report can have up to ten saved bookmarks.
To set a bookmark as the default view for a report:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.

Select Folders

Select a reports folder.

Select a report.
-
Select Bookmarks

Select Manage bookmarks.

Find the bookmark, then select Options
.

Select Set as default view.
You can clear a saved bookmark to reset the view. This option is helpful if you want to return to the system default state for the report.
To clear a bookmark:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.
-
Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Select Bookmarks
.

Select Clear bookmark.
Note
This clears the custom view back to the system default view, but does not delete the bookmark. To delete a bookmark, go to Deleting a report bookmark.
You can edit bookmark names at any time after creation.
To edit a bookmark name:

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.
-
Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Select Bookmarks
.
-
Select Manage Bookmarks.
-
Find the bookmark, then select Options
.

Select Edit name.
The existing name is highlighted.

Enter a new name for the bookmark, then either click off the element or select Enter on your keyboard.
You can permanently delete a bookmark to remove it from your personal bookmarks in a report.
To delete a bookmark:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders

Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Select Bookmarks
.

Select Manage Bookmarks.
-
Find the bookmark, then select Options
.

Select Delete.
The bookmark is permanently deleted.
All changes that are made to a report view are logged in the Explorations tab of managing bookmarks. You can use this feature to perform audits of when changes were made and what the changes consisted of.
To view timestamped changes for existing bookmarks:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.

Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Select Bookmarks
.
-
Select Manage Bookmarks.
-
Select Explorations.
-
Expand and collapse timestamps to see what changes were made.
