Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Case Management then Queue Manager.

Select New Trigger.

Enter a trigger name and description, if applicable.

Select Add Condition.

Find and select the condition you want, then select Confirm.
The condition is added to Group 1.

Enter the required information for your condition.
Each condition will have different information to complete.

Select Add Condition for Group 1 or a new group, if applicable.

Select any additional conditions you want to add to your trigger and enter their required information.

Select Actions.

Select Add Action.
-
Select an action to add to your trigger, then select Confirm.

Select the required information for your action.
Save Changes becomes active once you fill in the required information for your conditions and actions.

Select Add Action again, if applicable.

Select and configure any additional actions you want to add to your trigger and select their required information.

Select Save Changes.
You can edit your triggers in the Queue Manager.

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management then Case Queue.
-
Select Edit for the trigger you want to update.
-
Update the trigger details.
-
Select Save Changes.
You can delete your triggers in the Queue Manager.

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management then Case Queue.
-
Select Edit for the trigger you want to delete.
-
Select Delete.
-
Select Delete again.
