On March 5, 2025, we upgraded to PHP 8.2. This upgrade improved security and performance, but introduced issues that we have now resolved.
An issue where Command was providing an invalid refund value to Ethoca has been corrected. This issue caused transactions to stay in a Pending status awaiting Ethoca’s confirmation for the refund. You can now highlight a transaction and perform an update with the Ethoca Fraud Alert Outcome Selection option.

An issue where null Omniscore values were displaying as zeros has been fixed for transactions after the effective date. The correct display is a blank space.

An issue has been fixed in the pagination for the Websites ID display located in the Agent Web Console (AWC) Fraud Control section. When customers tried to edit Website IDs displayed on any page after the first page, the incorrect Website ID was being referenced.

An issue where rules using Ekata components were not triggering as expected has been fixed. The logic handling case sensitivity for Ekata values has been corrected.

Login Attempt details have been moved out of the Login Attempt Analysis report and into a separate report titled Login Attempt Details. This new report contains a detailed table for Requests and Policies Fired. Moving details into a new report allows you to filter and create custom views for these organized data sets.
