If your account becomes locked, you can unlock it from the sign-in page.

On the Kount 360 sign-in page, select Unlock account?.

Enter your email or username, then select Next.

Select Send me an email to receive a password reset email.

You have two verification options:

Select the Unlock Account link in the verification email.

Select Enter a verification code instead on the sign-in page. Then enter the verification code provided in the email.
Your account unlocks.
Note
The Unlock Account link and verification code expire after 5 minutes.
