When first signing in to Kount 360, depending on your solution, you will see the Dashboard displayed with a default layout. The default layout includes widgets for approved or declined orders, approve rates, and several more. If the default layout is not organized to fit your needs, you can create custom layouts and set one of them as the default.
The Dashboard can be customized to fit your organizational or business needs. Your custom layout is automatically saved.

Sign in to Kount 360.

On the Dashboard, select an Event Type from the Event Type menu.

Select Settings.
-
Select Settings to open Saved Dashboards.

Select Add
.

Enter a name for the layout, then select Confirm.

Select widgets to add to your custom layout.

Select Settings to close the layout menu.
The Kount 360 Dashboard includes the following widgets:

Approved Orders: Displays the daily number of Initial Decision Approve orders during the last seven days.

Chargeback Rate: Displays the chargeback rate for the current month, based on the total number of orders.

Chargeback and Purchase Amount Rates: Displays the weekly chargeback rates and chargeback purchase amount rates during the last 90 days, based on the total number of orders.

Chargeback to Sales Rate: Displays a percentage rate of chargebacks within total sales during the last 30 days, based on the total number of orders.

Current Approve Rate: Displays the percentage of Initial Order Decisions during the last 30 days.

Declined Orders: Displays the daily number of Initial Decision Decline orders during the last seven days.

Expected Approve Rate: Displays the percentage of Order Decisions during the last year.

Fraud Prevented: Displays the value of fraud that has been prevented all-time based on the amount of declined orders.

Integration Health Billing Email Address: Displays the percentage of orders with a Distinct Email Address during the last 30 days.

Integration Health PTOK: Displays the percentage of orders with a PTOK event during the last 30 days.

Integration Health Percentage: Displays the percentage of the ideal data (Distinct Email Address, PTOK, and Device Collection) submitted during the last 30 days.

Omniscore Distribution: Displays the Omniscore value over the number of orders per Omniscore during the last 24 hours. Red bars represent High Risk, yellow bars represent Medium Risk, and green bars represent Low Risk.

Top Policies Evaluated: Displays the top policies evaluated and how many times they were evaluated in order of most frequent to least during the last 30 days.

Total Orders: Displays the total amount of All Orders during the last seven days by day.

Total Value of All Orders: Displays the total amount of All Orders during the last seven days.

Total Value of Approved Orders: Displays the total amount of Initial Decision Approve orders during the last seven days.

Total Value of Declined Orders: Displays the total amount of Initial Decision Decline orders during the last seven days.

Unique Approve Rate: Displays a high-level look at a percentage of all individual, unique email Order Decisions during the last 30 days.
Note
For order data, if a Base Currency is selected, the total is converted and shown in that currency. If no Base Currency is selected, the totals are broken down by the original Order Currency.
After you create a new Dashboard layout, you can organize and resize the widgets as needed. Any changes you make are automatically saved.

Sign in to Kount 360.

On the Dashboard, select an Event Type.

Select Settings.

Select a custom layout.
-
Drag and drop widgets into an organizational pattern that fits your needs.

Resize widgets by selecting the resize arrow and dragging it. You can resize widgets horizontally and vertically.

Select Settings to close the layout menu.
After you create and organize a custom Dashboard layout, you can save it as the default view. You can switch back to the preset default Dashboard at any time.

On the Dashboard, select an Event Type.

Select Settings.

Select a custom layout.

Select Set dashboard as default.

Select Settings to close the layout menu.
After you create and organize a custom Dashboard layout, you can duplicate it as needed to build other custom layouts.

On the Dashboard, select an Event Type.

Select Settings.

Select a custom layout.

Select the custom layout options

Select Duplicate dashboard.
The duplicated Dashboard is created and indicated as a copy.

Rename the duplicated Dashboard as needed.

Select Settings to close the layout menu.
After you create a custom Dashboard, you can rename it as needed.

Sign in to Kount 360.

On the Dashboard, select an Event Type.

Select Settings.

Select a custom layout.

Select the custom layout options

Select Rename dashboard.

Enter a new name for the Dashboard, and then select Confirm.

Select Settings to close the layout menu.
You can delete custom Dashboards as necessary.

Sign in to Kount 360.

On the Dashboard, select an Event Type.

Select Settings.

Select a custom layout.

Select the custom layout options

Select Delete dashboard.
The custom Dashboard is deleted. This action cannot be reverted.

Select Settings to close the layout menu.
