Kount 360 requires multi-factor authentication (MFA). For enhanced security, you must authenticate using a MFA method every time you sign in to your account.
Sessions automatically time out after 15 minutes of inactivity. If your screen is idle and your session times out, you must sign in again using your password and your enrolled MFA method.
Kount 360 supports the following methods for receiving your one-time verification code:

SMS text message:
You receive a code in a text message. To configure, select your country code and enter your mobile phone number. Standard text messaging rates apply.

Email:
You receive a code in your email. The code is sent directly to the email address associated with your Kount 360 user account.
An activation email is sent to your email address when you are added to an account.
Note
The activation link sent to your email is active for seven days.
The first time you sign in you must create a password and set up a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method.

Go to the Kount 360 sign-in page.

Enter your username, then select Continue.

Follow the prompts to create a new password that meets the following requirements:

At least 12 characters
-
Upper and lowercase letters
-
At least one special character
-
At least one number
-

After creating and confirming your new password, select Continue.

Select an MFA method (SMS or Email), then select Set Up Mobile or Send Code to Email.
A one-time verification code is sent to your selected MFA method.
Note
If you do not receive an SMS or email verification code within five minutes, select Get a new code or choose an alternate MFA method.

Enter the verification code in One-time passcode on the sign-in screen.

Select Submit.

After setting up one or both MFA methods, select Finish.
Note
Setting up both MFA methods helps ensure that you can always access your account with phone or email.
You are signed in and directed to the Dashboard.
Note
If you have multiple organizations, an organization selection page displays after authentication. Select an organization to proceed to the Dashboard.
The dashboard displays and you can start using the product.
To sign in to Kount 360:

Go to the Kount 360 sign-in page.

Enter your username, then select Continue.

Enter your password, then select Continue.

Select an MFA method (SMS or Email).
A one-time verification code is sent to your selected MFA method.
Note
If you do not receive an SMS or email verification code within a few minutes, select Resend Code or choose your alternate enrolled MFA method.

Enter the verification code in One-time passcode on the sign-in screen.

Select Submit.
You are signed in and directed to the Dashboard.
Note
If you have multiple organizations, an organization selection page displays after authentication. Select an organization to proceed to the Dashboard.
The dashboard displays and you can start using the product.
After completing email or SMS registration, you can set up your account to sign in using your phone or biometrics. To set up passwordless sign-in, you must scan the QR code, download the ScrambleID app, and register your device with your preferred options.

Select Set up passwordless.

Scan the QR code with your phone camera.
Note
If you do not have the ScrambleID app, you are prompted to download it from the app store.

Follow the prompts in the ScrambleID app to register your device with a passkey, fingerprint, or face ID.

After registering your device, select Continue.
After set-up, you can skip signing in with a username and password and use passwordless sign-in instead.
