A Set in Policy Management is a collection of segments and policies grouped together based on specific logic and conditions. You can create multiple sets of rules to manage fraud attempts. Only one set can be active for each Event Type.
Note
When a set is active, it cannot be deleted.
Sets have multiple uses and features:

Create multiple sets of segments and policies based on different business cases.

Duplicate sets and modify rules.
-
Switch between sets without modifying an active set.
-
Prepare multiple sets in advance for business conditions or time-based events.

Enable default sets created by Kount during onboarding.
You can create a set in Policy Management to organize segments and policies for specific use cases. To create a set:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Policy Management.
-
From Decisioning, select New Set.

In the Name field, enter a set name.

Add a description.
-
Select Save.

Edit and add policies and segments as needed. For more information, go to Creating, Editing, and Deleting Segments or Creating, Editing, and Deleting Policies.
Each Event Type can have one active set. To activate a set:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Policy Management.
-
From Decisioning, select Set Actions, then Activate Set.
A prompt displays asking you to confirm this action.

Select Confirm.
The active set is moved to the top of the set list and tagged as Active.
You can change the name and description of a set at any time. To edit Set Details:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Policy Management.

From Decisioning, find the set, then select Set Actions.

Select Edit Set Details.

Enter a new name and description.

Select Save.
If you want to create a set, but do not want to start a new set, you can duplicate an existing one. To duplicate a set:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Policy Management.
-
From Decisioning, find the set, then select Set Actions.

Select Duplicate Set.

In the Name field, enter a new set name.

Add a description.
-
Select Save.
You can delete an entire set when it is no longer needed. To delete a set:

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Policy Management.
-
From Decisioning, find the set, then select Set Actions.
Note
Make sure the set you want to delete is not active. Active sets cannot be deleted. To deactivate a set, you must activate a different set.

Select Delete Set.
A prompt displays asking you to confirm this action.

Select Delete.
