How to Change a Password in the Agent Web Console

There are two methods of changing user passwords.

Method 1

In the Agent Web Console (AWC), on the Dashboard page, click your name in the upper-right corner, and then click Change Password.

Method 2

As in Method 1, in the Agent Web Console (AWC), on the Dashboard page, click your name in the upper-right corner, and then click Edit Account Details. On the My Profile tab under Profile Options, click Change Password, and then follow the on-screen instructions to change the password.

    While this page says "There are two methods of changing user passwords.", it is not about changing a user's password.  It is only about changing your password, assuming you are already signed in.
