You can automate the activation of policy sets for specific dates and times by creating schedules. Schedules give you the option to automatically run your policy sets at a specific date, time, and frequency. This helps reduce human error, react to new fraud threats, improve efficiency and consistency, and adapt to different business requirements.
To add a schedule to a policy set:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Policy Management.

Find a set that you want to add a schedule to, then select Add Schedule.

In Add Schedule: [set name], fill out the following information:

Time Zone: Select your time zone.

Start Date: Select the month/day/year you want the policy set to run.

Start Time: Select the time you want the policy set to begin.
Note
There is no end time option for a schedule. Once a scheduled policy set is activated, it continues to run until there is another policy set activated or if you have selected it to run Once.

Frequency: Select how often you want the policy set to run. The options are daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or once.

After filling out the scheduling details, select Save.
The schedule is saved for the policy set and will activate at the selected date and time. For an example of how to create a rotating weekday/weekend policy set schedule, refer to Example: Scheduling a weekday policy set and Example: Scheduling a weekend policy set.
To view all active/upcoming policy set schedules:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Policy Management.
-
Select View Schedule.
All policy set schedules display. To see what time the schedules run in other time zones, select Display Time Zone, then select a different time zone.
To remove a schedule from a policy set:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Policy Management.
-
Select View Schedule.

In Policy Set Activation Schedule, find a schedule, then select Delete in the Actions column.
The schedule is deleted from the associated policy set.
You can schedule different policy sets to run on weekdays and weekends. To do so, you must create two different schedules: one to run on Mondays and one to run on Fridays.
To create a policy set schedule for the weekdays:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Policy Management.

Find a set that you want to add a schedule to, then select Add Schedule.

In Add Schedule: [set name], fill out the following information:

Time Zone: Select your time zone.

Start Date: Select the Monday you want the policy set to begin.

Start Time: Select 12:00AM.
Note
There is no end time option for a schedule. Once a scheduled policy set is activated, it continues to run until there is another policy set activated or if you have selected it to run Once.

Frequency: Select Weekly.

After filling out the scheduling details, select Save.
The policy set is scheduled to run from Monday until the weekend policy set is scheduled to run. Refer to Example: Scheduling a weekend policy set to create a weekend schedule for a policy set.
