We added a new List Management feature that lets you add order values to existing lists on the Details page in Case Management or Event Analysis. This helps you view list status and add or remove entries from one location.
Feature highlights
-
Reduce workflow friction: Manage additions and removals directly from your active workspace to minimize time-on-task.
Lists have been moved from the Add to list button to Controls > Lists in the action bar.
Opening Lists brings up the List Management feature where you can easily add or remove list items from one screen.
-
Gain real-time contextual insight: Get instant visual confirmation of whether an order value belongs to existing lists, empowering high-confidence decisions.
To find this new feature in Kount 360, go to Event Analysis or Case Management, select an event or case to open Details, then select Lists. Refer to Add order values to a list in Order Details for more information.

We have added a new Custom Field integration to tables in Kount 360 for Payments Fraud customers. You can now seamlessly add, sort, and filter unique merchant metadata, like loyalty scores or promo codes, directly in your core analysis tables. This update ensures your most critical business identifiers are always actionable, organized, and visible right where you need them.
Benefits
-
Contextual efficiency: Filter the table by merchant-specific metadata, like promo codes, without having to navigate to a different page.
-
Better prioritization: Use custom fields, like "Loyalty Scores", to sort your Case Queue by the most valuable customers first.
Refer to Filter data tables with Custom Fields for further instructions.

Melissa Data errors were not displaying in the Order Details Comparisons widget correctly. This caused policies to not trigger correctly. This issue has been resolved and now Melissa Data errors display correctly in Order Details > Comparisons.
