In Chargeback Management, you can create and enable email notifications for specific events. Events occur when there is a status change for Prevention Alerts. These events trigger an email notification to be sent to any email address included in the configuration.
You can add email notification configurations with one or multiple email addresses in Chargeback Management.
To configure an Email Notification:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin > Product Configuration > Chargeback Management.

Select Email Notifications.

Select Add Configuration.

In Add Email Notification, enter the email address where you want to receive the email notifications.
Note
You can add additional email addresses after completing the creation process.

Select Add.
The email notification is created with the email address you provided. You can add additional email addresses as needed by selecting Add + in Email addresses.

In Event type subscriptions, select Add +, one or more events, and then Add.
The email notification is complete and set to Enabled. The email addresses you provided during configuration now receive notifications for the selected events.
You can enable an email notification if you want to continue receiving notifications from a disabled configuration.
To enable an email notification:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin > Product Configuration > Chargeback Management.

Select Email Notifications.

For the email notification you want to enable, select Enable.
The email notification is enabled and you will start receiving notifications.
You can disable an Email Notification if you want to temporarily pause or reconfigure it without receiving emails during configuration.
To disable an Email Notification:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin > Product Configuration > Chargeback Management.

Select Email Notifications.

For the email notification you want to disable, select Disable.
The email notification is disabled and you will not receive any more notifications.
You can delete an entire email notification configuration to stop receiving notifications.
Note
If you do not want to delete the entire email notification configuration, you have the option to remove individual email addresses or events from the configuration. Select X next to any of the items listed and then select Delete to confirm deletion. Changes are automatically saved.
To delete an email notification:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin > Product Configuration > Chargeback Management.

Select Email Notifications.

For the email notification you want to delete, select Delete.

Confirm deletion by selecting Delete.
