Why Does the Status for Some of My Chargeback Responses Say “Pending”?

Midigator uses five different categories for chargeback response statuses.

A chargeback response will have the pending status until Midigator receives the result from your processor. Often times, a case will have the pending status for several months — usually around 120 days.

Midigator values transparency. As soon as we know if a chargeback response has won or lost, we’ll post the results in Midigator. In the meantime, the most accurate way to gauge success is to monitor the Average Win Rate in the Representment Results widget. Set the time filter to capture data that is more than 120 days old.
