To create a trigger:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Case Management, and then Queue Manager.

Select New Trigger.

In the Trigger Editor, enter a trigger name and description.

In Trigger Conditions, select Add Condition.

Find and select the condition you want, and then select Confirm.
The condition is added to Group 1.

Enter the required information for your condition.
Each condition will have different information to complete.
Note
Repeat steps 5-7 to add more conditions, as needed.

In the Trigger Editor, select Actions.

In Actions, select Add Action.
-
Select an action to add to your trigger, and then select Confirm.

Select the required information for your action.
-
Select Save Changes.
To edit existing triggers in Queue Manager:
-
Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management, and then Queue Manager.
-
Select Edit for the trigger you want to update.

Update the conditions and actions.
-
Optional: Drag and drop triggers to edit the evaluation order.

Select Save Changes.
To delete a trigger in Queue Manager:

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management, and then Queue Manager.

Select Edit for the trigger you want to delete.
-
Select Delete.
-
Select Delete again.
