Partner Account Management in Kount 360 enables you to create a relationship between two organizations. After an Access Agreement is accepted by both the Granting and Granted organizations, users from the Granted organization can access the Granting organization to act as an account manager. These users can assist the Granting organization by viewing necessary data, performing troubleshooting, and making changes to directly fix organization issues.
The Access Agreement process is:

The Support Admin initiates the Access Agreement between the Granted and Granting organizations.

The Granted organization reviews the Access Agreement.
If they accept, the Access Agreement moves to the Granting organization. If they reject it, the entire agreement is declined.

If the Access Agreement is accepted by the Granted organization, the Granting organization reviews the Access Agreement.
If the Granting organization accepts the Access Agreement, the agreement is confirmed. If the Granting organization rejects the Access Agreement, the entire agreement is declined.

If the Access Agreement is accepted by the Granting organization, the Granted organization can allow the Granting organization access for specific users.
Owners in the Granted and Granting organizations can view Access Agreement details, including who the Granted and Granting organizations are, what the status of the agreement is, and any assigned users if the agreement is confirmed.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then select Product Configuration.

Select Options
for the Access Agreement you want, then select View.
When an Access Agreement is awaiting approval, users with the Owner role receive an email notification. Once the Access Agreement is approved by the Granted and Granting organizations, the Access Agreement is confirmed and the Granted organization can add other users to the agreement.
The Access Agreement must be approved by the Granted organization before the Granting organization can review, accept, or reject the Access Agreement.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then select Product Configuration.

In the Access Agreements table, select Approve for the agreement you want to approve.
The Access Agreement must be approved by the Granted organization before the Granting organization can review, accept, or reject the agreement. Only users with the Owner role can approve or reject the Access Agreement. If the Granted or Granting organizations reject the Access Agreement, the entire agreement is declined.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then select Product Configuration.

In the Access Agreements table, select Reject for the agreement you want to reject.
Users with the Owner role from the Granted organization can add additional users to an Access Agreement after the agreement is confirmed.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then select Product Configuration.

, then select View.

Select Users, then select the users you want to add to the agreement.

Select Save.
Users with the Owner role from the Granted organization can remove users from an Access Agreement. Users can only be removed after the access agreement is confirmed.

Select Admin, then Product Configuration.

Select Users, then select the users you want to remove from the agreement.
