We updated Kount 360 with an enhanced visual theme to align user interface elements and improve usability. The update includes a refined color scheme, updated table styles, and readability improvements, which results in a more consistent and predictable experience across the application.
Processes and workflows that you have already learned throughout the application remain the same. Refer to the following screenshot comparisons for an example of what to expect with this update:

We updated the duration that a user can be inactive before the session times out and sends the user back to the login screen. When you are inactive for 15 minutes in all open browser tabs, a modal displays with a two-minute timer. When the timer runs out, you are automatically logged out. The modal gives you the option to stay logged in.
When the modal displays, select Yes to stay logged in.
Note
Selecting no automatically logs you out.
User activity is measured in all open browser tabs. If you become active in a secondary tab where the modal did not display, the timer resets and your session remains active.

We updated the user interface in Admin > Product Configuration > System Settings > API Keys. API keys are now nested in expandable content blocks for each client ID. We also changed the Create API Key button. You can also now have multiple API keys per client ID. Previously, API keys were limited to two for one client ID.
The button is now labeled as Generate API Key:
The updated process for API key generation and deletion is found in the revised documentation: Generate an API Key.

If you get locked out of your account due to multiple failed attempts, you can now submit a verification request. The request is sent to your account email. The verification link expires after five minutes. If you receive a request to unlock your account, but you did not submit a request, you can ignore the email.
To use this feature, refer to Unlock Your Kount 360 Account.
