Assign, filter, decision, and annotate alerts in AML Compliance Solutions.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select AML Compliance Solutions, and then Prevention Alerts.

Select Filters
.
Note
Alerts are filtered for Screening and Open by default.

Select your filters from the following categories:

Match Source
-
Risk Level
-
Entity Type
-
Date Created
-
Origination
-
Status
-
Assigned Analyst
-
Decision
-
Batch ID
-
Source ID
Note

Select Apply.
Assign open alerts to an analyst.

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select AML Compliance Solutions, and then Prevention Alerts.

Select Filters

In the Status menu, select Open.
Note
Alerts are filtered for Screening and Open by default.

Select Apply.

Select one or more alerts.

Under Case decision & assignment, select Assign an analyst, and then select a user name.

The alert status updates, and the alert is now In Review.
Analyze and decision any alerts you are assigned.

If you select True Positive, in the Add Note modal, enter a note, and then select Save.

If you select False Positive, the note modal does not display, and you can close the alert.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select AML Compliance Solutions, and then Prevention Alerts.

Select Filters

In the Status menu, select In Review.
Note
To view updated alerts from monitoring, select Origination>Monitoring, and then select Apply.

Under Assigned Analyst, select your user name.

Select Apply.

Review the alert. Based on your analysis, select Hit or No hit for each possible match.
Note
If you find at this point that the review needs additional analysis, reassign the alert to an L2 analyst.

Under Case decision & assignment , select a decision from the Make decision menu based on your review.

Select Close Alert.
Note
If you are missing any required data, an Incomplete Alert message displays.
You might need to reopen an alert if new information is provided or an alert was mistakenly closed.

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select AML Compliance Solutions, and then Prevention Alerts.

Select Filters
.
-
Filter for Origination: screening and Status: Closed.
-
Select a closed alert.
-
Select Reopen Alert.
-
Enter a note, and then select Save. The alert moves to the Open queue.
