A batch file status monitoring service allows you to track the end-to-end ingestion and processing of large batch files. This tool provides real-time visibility into the status of your submission, quickly alerting you to processing issues or delays.
After uploading your batch file, you can use Batch Status Monitoring in Kount 360 to track its progress through our system.
Sign in to Kount 360 to monitor the status of your batch file.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select AML Compliance Solutions
, and then select Batch Status Monitoring.
The Batch Status tab displays.

In Batch Status, locate your batch file by using the File Name column.

Review the status of your file:

Input Processing: Initial batch file processing is in progress.

Input Ended: Initial batch file processing is completed.

Output IRES Processing: The Initial Response (IRES) file processing is in progress.

Output IRES Ended: The IRES is complete and viewable/downloadable.

Output URES Processing: The Updated Response (URES) file processing is in progress.

Output URES Ended: The URES is complete and viewable/downloadable.

File Rejected: The file was rejected.

Files can be rejected for multiple reasons. For more information, go to AML Compliance Solutions Batch File Specification.

To download IRES, URES, or error files, go to View or Download Batch Response Files.
