Assigning a decision to multiple orders is now available in the Case Queue. Before this update, you could only assign a bulk decision without adding any further details. Now, fraud analysts do not need to navigate to individual Details pages to record important information. You can apply reason codes, tags, and notes across multiple cases using the all-in-one decision modal, ensuring speed without sacrificing data integrity.
Assigning bulk decisions helps you:
-
Accelerate queue management with detailed decisions on up to 100 cases at once, eliminating manual repetition.
-
Maintain complete data integrity with standardized case records by providing consistent Reason Codes, Tags, and Notes.
-
Experience the exact same full decision capabilities seamlessly across both the Case Queue and Details page views.
To assign a decision to multiple cases:
-
Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management, then Case Queue.
-
Select one or more cases that you want to assign a decision to.
-
Expand the decision menu, then select Approve, Decline, or Review.
-
Optional: If you want to bulk assign a reason code, tag, or add a note to multiple cases without closing the case with an Approve or Decline decision, then assign a Review decision.
-
Optional: From the Bulk Decision menu, you can select a reason code for your decision, add multiple tags, or enter a note.
-
Select Submit.

An export option to download up to 5,000 recent case records as a CSV file has been added to the Case Queue. This eliminates pagination and visible column configuration limitations, while also allowing you to sort, filter, and analyze data in an external spreadsheet application.
To export Case Queue data:
-
Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management, then Case Queue.
-
Select Export. The export feature only downloads the 5,000 most recent case records, regardless of current filtering, sorting, or selection.
Note
Depending on your PC specifications and internet connection, it might take a few seconds for the CSV to download.
-
Once downloaded, open the CSV to analyze the data.

Two fields to the Shopping Cart Widget in Case Details: Category and SKU. This helps fraud analysts:
-
Accelerate risk decisions by instantly viewing essential product data directly in the cart to speed up line-item investigations.
-
Collect transaction context by finding hidden fraud patterns tied to specific high-risk items or product categories.
Review information on the Shopping Cart Widget by navigating to Case Management by going to Case Management > Case Queue > Case Details.
Note
Depending on your saved layouts, the Shopping Cart widget might be in a different location than what is displayed in the Preset Layout (default).
