When you open a case in the Case Queue, the Case Details page displays with a preset layout of widgets that includes Omniscore, Order Info, Persona Data, and more. The Preset Layout is the default view for all users in Case Management and cannot be edited or deleted. You do have the option to duplicate the Preset Layout to start creating your own custom saved layout.
Saved Layouts are found in Case Details Settings for any case in the Case Queue. If you create a saved layout for one case, it is selectable for all other cases.
To create a custom saved layout:

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management, and then Case Queue.

Select a case to open Case Details.
-
Select Settings.
-
In Saved Layouts, select Add
.

In Name Layout, enter a name for the new layout, and then select Confirm.
The new layout is created and displays in Settings > Saved Layouts.
Note
After creating a custom layout, the Case Details view changes to the new blank layout. Now you can add and arrange widgets.

In Widgets, select the widgets you want added to your custom layout.
Note
If you want to remove a widget from the layout that you added, select the widget options
, and then select Delete.

After you have selected the widgets, drag and drop them into any order.
Note
To resize a widget, select and drag the arrow in the bottom right corner of the widget.
Changes are saved automatically, and the custom layout is available to use in Case Details for all cases.
Case Details displays with the default preset layout for all users. You can create a custom layout and then set it as default so that it displays whenever you open a case.
To set a custom layout as the default view:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Case Management, and then Case Queue.

Select a case to open Case Details.
-
Select Settings.
-
Find a custom layout, and then select options
.

In the custom layout options, select Make Layout Default.
The custom layout is set as the default view for all cases. The default custom layout is indicated with a checkmark in Settings > Saved Layouts.
You can duplicate a custom layout if you want to iterate without overwriting what you have already customized.
To duplicate a custom layout:

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management, and then Case Queue.

Select a case to open Case Details.
-
Select Settings.
-
Find a custom layout, and then select options
.

In the custom layout options, select Duplicate Layout.
The custom layout is duplicated and displays in Settings > Saved Layouts > Custom Layouts with the duplicated layout's title plus (copy). You can rename the custom layout with a new unique title, then customize the layout as needed.
You can rename a custom layout at any time.
To rename a custom layout:

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management, and then Case Queue.

Select a case to open Case Details.

Select Settings.
-
Find a custom layout, and then select options
.

In the custom layout options, select Rename Layout.
-
In Rename Layout, enter a new unique name, and then select Confirm.
The custom layout is renamed and displays in Settings > Saved Layouts > Custom Layouts.
To delete a custom layout:

Sign in to Kount 360.
-
Select Case Management, and then Case Queue.
-
Select a case to open Case Details.
-
Select Settings.
-
Find a custom layout, and then select options
.
-
In the custom layout options, select Delete Layout.
Note
You cannot delete the Preset Layout or a custom layout that is actively set as the default view.
The custom layout is deleted and removed from Settings > Saved Layouts > Custom Layouts.
