You can test a webhook to verify network configurations between systems without needing to submit a real order.
To test a webhook:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then Product Configuration.

In System Settings, select Webhooks.

In the webhooks list, select Test Webhook.
A test webhook is sent. The test webhook displays in the Webhook History table with the Event Type listed as Webhook.TestPing and a status of Successful or Failed. If the webhook fails, you can retry the webhook connection or view the webhook payload to troubleshoot the connection.
