Kount is migrating to a new billing platform beginning Q1 of 2023.
For January migration, the first invoices generated will be sent in early February for January activity.

- New invoices do not identify when the usage is being billed for the way the legacy invoices did.

- Invoice Customer Number = Customer ID/MID for Legacy customers. For customers onboarded after migration, an “OBA-#” will be assigned as Customer Number.
- Invoice Date is the date the new invoice generates. The new invoice will not postdate to reflect the month the usage occurred in, as demonstrated in the Legacy system.
- Invoice Number format is 10 digits vs Legacy “INV 5 digits”.
- Payment Terms and Due Date will continue to appear on the invoice.
- Bill To and Ship To Locations in the new invoice will be the same. Legacy invoices do not include a Ship To location.
- New invoice includes iReceivables website and enrollment information for online bill pay.
- New payment stub will include an open invoice account summary.
- New payment stub will include the same remittance address as Legacy invoices.
- New payment stub will include bank scan lines that indicate Kount’s GFS company/BU # (“0039”), Customer #, Invoice #, invoice amount (no decimals).

- New invoice restates customer name/#/invoice #/invoice date.
- New invoice Service Summary replaces Item on Legacy Kount invoice with Product Code and Description. Fees and usage are summarized separately.
- New invoices do not include a rate field. Divide the Product Amount by Quantity to determine rate.
- New invoice Tax Summary includes detailed tax assessment by tax jurisdiction as determined by Vertex Tax. Legacy invoices provide the tax total only.
- New invoice includes Statement of Account (SOFA) itemized to include any unpaid invoices.
- Wire transfer payment Instructions included and iReceivables login/enrollment information restated. The customer support for invoice and payment questions contact information has changed.

Page 3 is a restatement of the products, description and tax summary from Page 2, specific to the Ship To customer.
There will be additional summary pages for customers with more than one Ship To/(submerchant) (Partner accounts, Parent/Child accounts). An individual summary page will be included for each Ship To/(submerchant). For example, if a parent account has 50 submerchants, there will be 50 pages in the invoice.
The Ship To/(submerchant) account appears as KNTXXXXXX, following the Customer number.

These codes have no relevance to Legacy Kount invoices and are a default page generated in the new invoice.
How to create an iReceivables account
Before utilizing the iReceivables platform, you must register an account. Prerequisites for creating an account include:
- An email address
- Equifax customer number (found on your invoice)
- A recent invoice within the past six months (to validate the open balance of an invoice)
- Go to the iReceivables page, and select Log into iReceivables.
- On the iReceivables login screen, select New Customer Registration.

- For Identify Using, select Invoice Number.
- For Value, enter a recent invoice number.
- For Email Address and Re-enter Email Address, enter your email address.
Note: The email address is your username. - Select Next.

- Enter your account number in Response.
Note: Review your invoice for your full account number. - Select Next.

- In Response, enter the amount due in the specific invoice listed under Challenge Question.
Note: If you have not made a payment yet, enter “0”. Do not use a negative number, dollar sign, and do not leave blank. Please only include the invoice amount, not the open balance amount. - Select Next.

- If the information is correct, select Submit.
A verification email will be sent to the email address you entered. - If the information is incorrect, select Back to go to previous pages to update the information.
Note: Do not use your browser’s back button.
Once the registration is completed, a confirmation message displays and you are able to log in with your email address and password.
How to view historical invoices using iReceivables
- After creating your account, log in to iReceivables.
- Select iReceivables Account Management, and then Customer Access.
The Account Summary page displays. - Select the Account tab.
- Use the search and filter options to enter your criteria, and then select Go.
- To download an invoice PDF or CSV, select the paperclip icon in the Attachments column.
The Attachments window displays. - Select the invoice number in the Title column.
The download begins.
