Midigator is migrating from legacy billing platform Xero to the Billing Revenue Management (BRM) billing platform beginning Q3 of 2024.
The first billing cycle's invoices generated from BRM will be sent in early August for July activity.
Note
Non-standard contracts will continue to be manually billed.
-
The BRM Customer Number = Customer ID/MID for Legacy customers. For customers onboarded after migration, an “OBA-#” will be assigned as the Customer Number.
-
The BRM Invoice Date is the last date of the monthly billing cycle.
-
The BRM Invoice Number format is 10 digits vs legacy “INV-5 digits”.
-
The Payment Terms and Due Date will continue to appear on the invoice.
-
The Bill To in BRM will be the same as legacy invoices. Ship To locations do not appear on either invoice.
-
The BRM invoice includes iReceivables website and enrollment information for online bill pay.
-
The BRM payment stub includes an open invoice account summary.
-
The BRM payment stub includes the Kount remittance address.
-
The BRM payment stub includes bank scan lines that indicate Kount’s GFS company/BU # (“0039”), Customer #, Invoice #, and invoice amount (no decimals).

Example of legacy Midigator
-
The BRM invoice restates customer name/#/invoice #/invoice date.
-
The BRM invoice Service Summary replaces Description on the Legacy Midigator invoice with Product Code and Description. Fees and usage are summarized separately.
-
The BRM invoice does not include a rate field. Divide the Product Amount by Quantity to determine the rate.
-
The BRM Tax Summary includes detailed tax assessment by tax jurisdiction as determined by Vertex Tax. Legacy invoices provide the tax total only.
-
The BRM invoice includes Statement of Account (SOFA) itemized to include any unpaid invoices.
-
The wire transfer payment Instructions are included and iReceivables login/enrollment information restated.

Page 3 is a restatement of the products, description and tax summary from Page 2, specific to the Ship To customer.
There will be additional summary pages for customers with more than one Ship To/(submerchant) (Partner accounts, Parent/Child accounts). An individual summary page will be included for each Ship To/(submerchant) with usage for that billing period.
For example, if a parent account has 50 submerchants/child accounts, there will be 50 additional pages in the invoice, one for each submerchant/child account. The net invoice will have Page 1, Page 2, plus one additional page for each individual Ship To account (52 pages total).
Legacy Midigator-only customers' Ship To/(submerchant) accounts appear as USIS_MID_XXXX, following the customer number. New Midigator-only customers are onboarded with OBA# Ship To numbers.
