There are a couple reasons why you might not be viewing your entire data set.
First, check the number of visible records.
The default number of visible records for each data table is 10. You can change the display settings by clicking the Display Records drop down menu located at the bottom, right side of each table. Or, you can scroll through the pages of data in the limited view.
Next, check to see if any of your merchant account data has been hidden.
Click on the Visible MIDs drop down menu at the top of your report.
If you want to see the merchant accounts that have been hidden from the default view, click Hidden MIDs.
Then, click the Actions button and choose Unhide MID for each account you want to be visible in the default view.
