With the successful integration of the Keycloak sign-on experience, we have now implemented single sign-on (SSO) between Dispute and Chargeback Management (DCM) and your DisputeFlow instance. You are no longer required to go to a second sign-in screen for DisputeFlow after selecting the option to go to the chargeback portal.
When you select this option, you are automatically signed in to DisputeFlow. After being signed in, user sessions time out after 12 hours.
NOTE: To update your credentials, you must be in your DCM instance.
-
Sign in to Dispute and Chargeback Management (DCM).
-
Select Go to Chargeback Portal.
-
Your user credentials are authenticated using the new SSO feature enhancement.
-
DisputeFlow displays. User sessions time out after 12 hours, which will require you to sign back in to DCM and select Go to Chargeback Portal.
