Event API users now have the option to subscribe to a Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR) match event. The rdr.match event indicates whether a specific RDR case is matched to an order and can be used to perform Customer Related Management (CRM) actions like canceling subscriptions, leaving order notes, stopping fulfillment, etc.
The orders included in the matching logic are all integrated with the client’s CRM software and the Midigator Orders API.
