Access to Community, visibility to submitted tickets, and some support content are only available if you have an account for the Support site.

Cookies must be enabled in your web browser to create an account. If you use the Incognito or Private mode in your web browser, you cannot create an account.

Go to support.kount.com.

Select Sign In.

If you have emailed support@kount.com within the previous year, an account has already been created for you, but a password has not been set up. Select Get a password and follow the prompts to set up a password for your account.
If you are new to Kount, select Sign up.

Enter your full name and email address, and then select Sign up.

An email is sent to you. Open the email to view the verification link.

Select the link to verify your account.

Review the password requirements, and then enter a password for your account.

Select Set password to be redirected and signed in to the Support site.
