Learn how to monitor account status from within Midigator.
The Merchant Account Chargeback Data table on the Dashboard page includes a column titled Portal Status.
A red warning icon indicates the password and/or username associated with the given portal has expired.
Please let the client success team know as soon as possible if you update login details for any integrated platforms (CRM, shopping cart, merchant account, etc.).
