There are two basic methods for locating orders.
Select Workflow, and then select Search or use the Search Term box in the upper right corner of any page.
The following are examples of searches by date common search strings:
-
To Search for a single day: In the Search Term box, type the date for which you want to see orders by using the format mm/dd/yyyy, and then select the search arrow on the right or press Enter. All orders for that date display. Apply the filters on the left side as needed to narrow the search.
-
To Search a date range: In the Search Term box, enter the date range for which you want to see orders using the format transaction_date:[yyyy-mm-dd TO yyyy-mm-dd], and then select the search arrow on the right or press Enter. All orders for that date range display. For example, to see all orders for the month of March 2017, type transaction_date:[2019-03-01 TO 2019-03-31] into the Search field, and then press Enter.
Note
The above syntax must be exact in order for the search to work, including the capitalization of the word TO.

In the Agent Web Console (AWC), select Reports, and then select Order Search. On the left side of the page, enter the Start Date and End Date, and then select Search to display all orders, including those that were approved and declined for any selected date.
For a filtered view of only the orders that have been flagged for review, select Workflow, and then select Suspect Orders.
