You can create custom views for reports in Analytics. Custom views can be saved and set to default as needed. Each user can have a maximum of ten views per report. Custom views reduce the time needed to filter and sort reports and allow you to leave and return to the report without losing progress.
You can find saved views for a report in Analytics by selecting the views icon in the configuration menu:
Saving reports as a custom view allows you to access them later without having to rebuild them. This reduces the amount of time required for creating reports.
To save a report as a custom view:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.
-
Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Modify the report as needed.
Note
You can reset your modifications at any time by selecting Reset next to the Views icon.

Select Views
.
-
Select Save as new view.
The Save view prompt displays with an option to add a name and set this view as the default.

Enter a name, then choose if you want to set this view as the default.
Note
Setting a report view as the default enables it as the standard view whenever you open the report. This view is available to other users accessing the report.

Select Save.
The Views icon changes color to reflect the save action.
Once a report is saved as a custom view, it is the current view. Any changes you make on the current view are not saved unless you select the option to either update with current changes or save as a new view.
Note
If you leave the current view and did not set it as the default, the report reverts to the default view when you return.
You can set a custom view as the default report. This enables you to leave the page and return to this view without having to find and select the custom view. Default views are available to other users and each report can have up to ten saved views.
To set a view as the default:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.

Select Folders

Select a reports folder.

Select a report.

Select Views
.

Select Manage views.

Find the view, then select Options
.

Select Set as default view.
You can reset a saved view at any time. This option is helpful if you want to return to the system default state for the report.
To clear a saved view:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.

Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Select Views
.

Select Clear view.
Note
This resets the custom view back to the system default, but does not delete the view. To delete a view, go to Deleting a saved view.
You can edit the name of a saved view at any time after creation.
To edit the name:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.
-
Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Select Views
.
-
Select Manage Views.
-
Find the view, then select Options
.
-
Select Edit name.
The existing name is highlighted.

Enter a new name for the view, then either click off the element or select Enter on your keyboard.
You can permanently delete a view to remove it from a report.
To delete a saved view:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.
-
Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Select Views
.

Select Manage Views.

Find the view, then select Options
.

Select Delete.
The view is permanently deleted.
All changes that are made to a report view are logged in the Explorations tab of managing views. You can use this feature to perform audits of when changes were made and what the changes consisted of.
To view timestamped changes for existing views:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.
-
Select Folders
.
-
Select a reports folder.
-
Select a report.
-
Select Views
.
-
Select Manage views.
-
Select Explorations.
-
Expand and collapse timestamps to see what changes were made.
