You can set up regularly scheduled reports in Analytics.
Note
To schedule a report, you must first set up the report as a Saved View. For more information about saving a view, go to Saved Views in Analytics Reports.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics, and then select Advanced.

In the workbook header, select the down arrow next to the workbook name or Options
.

Select Export, and then select Schedule exports.

Select Destination, and then select Email.

For the email destination, provide the following:

Recipient: Provide the recipient's email address.
Note
Use caution when sending sensitive data, such as personally identifiable information (PII). To prevent unauthorized access, ensure you follow your organization's security protocols when handling or emailing downloaded files containing sensitive information.

Subject: Enter the necessary subject line for the email message. We recommend including the intent of the report and its filters.

Message: Send a message with the report, outlining any necessary next steps.

Select the following:

Attachment Type: Select PDF (best for visual dashboards), CSV, or Excel (best for raw data).

Workbook Elements: You can export the Entire Workbook or select Specific Elements (such as, just one specific table or chart).

Select the report frequency.

Daily
-
Once a Day
-
Multiple times a day
-

Weekly
-
Monthly
-
Custom

Optional: Set conditional alerting by selecting If a condition is met.

Select Create.
Note
After creating, select Options next to the newly scheduled report and select Send Now. This allows you to verify that the formatting and delivery work as expected before the first official export.
Once reports have been scheduled, complete the following steps to see all of your scheduled reports.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics, and then select Advanced.

In the workbook header, select the down arrow next to the workbook name or Options

Select Export, and then select Schedule exports.

Select Cancel.
The Schedule exports modal shows all of the scheduled reports.
