You can use pivot tables to create customizable data views and perform ad-hoc analysis. Use these tables to explore trends, identify anomalies, and make more targeted decisions.
Create a new pivot table by using data from a report.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Analytics.

Select one of the following data sources for your table:

Payments Fraud Reports: Payment Details

Account Protection Reports: Login Attempt Details or New Account Opening Details

Turn on Advanced, and then turn on Explore.

Apply a filter to the Event Timestamp, if necessary. For example, Last 7 Days.

In the data source table, select the table rows you want for your pivot table.

Select Create Child Element
, and then select Pivot table from the menu.
The new pivot table displays below the data source table.
After creating a new pivot table from your data source, you must configure the table to display the data you want.
There are many options when configuring a pivot table. The following instructions provide a basic example of configuring a pivot table. The example shows how to configure a pivot table in Payments Fraud to analyze Approve, Decline, and Review rates by month.
Example 12. Analyze Approve/Decline/Review rates by month

In the Explore menu, next to PIVOT ROWS, select +.

Select Event Timestamp from the menu.

Select the drop-down menu next to the Event Timestamp column heading, and then select Truncate Date > Month.

Next to PIVOT COLUMNS, select +, and then select Decision.

Next to VALUE, select the + icon, and then select Order ID.

Right-click on Order ID, and then select Set Aggregate > CountDistinct.

Optional: To rename a column or row, right-click the column/row heading, select Rename Column/Row, and then enter the new name.

Select Views
, and then select Save as new view.

Name your view, and then select Save.
