Register an additional Multi-Factor Authentication method

To ensure you always have access to your account, you can register an additional Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method.

You can also perform this task during the initial setup procedure. For more information, go to Signing in for the first time.

Sign in to your account at app.kount.com.
Select My Profile, then go to MFA Factors.
Next to the MFA method you want to add, select Set Up.
Enter your phone number or email, depending on your selected method. Additionally, you can later use this task to update the phone number.
Select Send Code. A one-time passcode is sent to you.

Note

If you do not receive an SMS or email verification code within five minutes, select Get a new code or choose an alternate MFA method.
Enter the code, then select Verify.

The new MFA method is now verified and available to use during your next sign-in.
