The third quarter of 2026 put more speed, visibility, and control into your hands across Kount 360. From July through September, we delivered faster investigation tools, a new way to raise authorization rates, and clearer reporting for Payments Fraud, Chargeback Management, and Authorized Payment Protection.
Here are the quarter's top releases, followed by a first look at what's coming in Q4.
Authorization Optimizer · August
Authorization Optimizer closes the gap between fraud screening and payment processing. It sends real-time risk signals, such as Omniscore, Device ID, and identity attributes, to issuing banks before authorization. With richer pre-authorization data behind every issuer decision, you can reduce false declines and raise approval rates without adding friction at checkout.
Global Search · September
Find what you need from anywhere in Payments Fraud. Enter an email address, order number, or IP address in one central search bar to see matching records instantly. No more switching between tables to build a complete risk profile.
Case Queue bulk decisions · August
Decide up to 100 cases at once, right from the Case Queue. A single decision modal lets you apply reason codes, tags, and notes across every selected case, so analysts move quickly without giving up data quality.
Case Queue data export · August
Export the 5,000 most recent case records to a CSV file with one click. Bring the full data set into Excel or Google Sheets to analyze trends and uncover patterns, with no pagination limits.
Link Analysis enhancements · September
Link Analysis (formerly Linked Analysis) now helps you spot fraud rings with fewer false matches:
-
A table legend distinguishes original orders, full matches, and partial matches.
-
Billing and shipping Address Line 2 are now linking criteria.
-
Approve, decline, or review orders inline, or bulk-assign decisions, reason codes, tags, and notes.
-
A collapsible criteria panel gives results more room.
Anomaly Report · August
Spot suspicious spikes and outliers in a dedicated Analytics view. Parent organizations can monitor fraud trends across all child accounts in one place, with no account switching. In September, we added a time zone setting that applies to both event and prediction timestamps.
Payment Details report updates · September
The Payment Details report is easier to read and analyze:
-
Column names now include Bill or Ship to separate billing and shipping data.
-
Unique Devices, Unique Emails, and Unique Cards Persona metrics are now numeric, so you can sort and calculate with them.
-
New fields: Initial Reason Code, Bill Deliverable, Ship Deliverable, and Device State.
Order Validation table · September
Inquiries and Deflections now live in one Order Validation table. See deflected and unsuccessful cases side by side, filter any column, and export to CSV or Excel. New Inquiry ID and Purchase Identifier columns come directly from Verifi and Ethoca.
Inform table · September
Visa Chargebacks and Visa Fraud are combined into one Inform table. New Dispute Type and Card Acceptor ID (CAID) columns make it easy to compare TC40 and TC15 cases, filter, and export.
MID-level reporting · September
A new Merchant Account Analytics report breaks down prevention and dispute services by Merchant ID, including dispute counts by service, reason codes, and disputes by card brand and BIN.
Stripe CRM support · September
Chargeback Management now integrates with Stripe CRM, bringing a capability previously available to Midigator customers to all Chargeback Management customers.
Policy Performance and Event Details reports · September
Two new downloadable reports support audits and regulatory reviews. The Policy Performance Report shows which policies were triggered during transactions. The Event Details Report gives you a single source of truth for post-transaction analysis, including investigation outcomes and event data.
Bank code policy conditions · July
New Origin Local Bank Code and Destination Local Bank Code conditions let you build policies around the sending or receiving financial institution. For example, restrict transactions to approved banks or block high-risk transfers to specific institutions.
These updates apply to every Kount 360 solution that uses them.
-
List automations for every event type (August): Policies can automatically add data points to new or existing lists across Payments Fraud, Account Protection, Identity Proofing, and Authorized Payment Protection.
-
Multi-value custom field conditions (August): New is in and is not in operators replace long chains of OR conditions in Policy Management.
-
Table experience upgrades (September): Event Analysis and Case Queue tables keep column headers visible as you scroll, let you pin columns, show active filters, and open orders in a new tab.
-
Webhook monitoring and retry (September): A Webhook History table shows status and payloads, lets you retry failed webhooks, and lets you send test webhooks.
We're already building what's next. Here's a preview of two releases planned for Q4 2026.
Payments Fraud
Merchant Portfolio Monitoring
Get a complete view of your merchant network in one dashboard. Merchant Portfolio Monitoring brings together business verification, payment activity health, and chargeback analytics. Real-time anomaly detection and customizable threshold alerts help risk teams track every sub-merchant, avoid network compliance fines, and catch issues before they affect your business.
Redesigned Order and Case Details page
The Details page is getting a cleaner, faster design. Standardized components, newly surfaced data fields, and a sticky action bar that stays pinned as you scroll help analysts complete manual reviews and audit orders with less scrolling and less clutter.
Features and timing described in this preview are planned and might change.
