In Event Analysis and the Case Queue, the tables have been enhanced to improve how you analyze complex transaction data.
Navigation and row interactions
-
To prevent accidental page redirection, single-clicking a row no longer automatically opens the details page; users must single-click hyperlink text or double-click anywhere on the row.
-
To help organize orders, you can open orders in a new tab by holding Command (Mac) or Control (Windows) and then selecting the hyperlink text. Or you can right-click the hyperlink, then select Open in a new tab.
-
You can now navigate between the Details page and the table without losing your current position in the table.
Table functionality
-
We have added "sticky" headers to improve scrolling vertically, which means the column titles stay visible no matter how far you scroll.
-
You can pin any column to the left side of the table by dragging and dropping. This enables you to scroll horizontally without losing visibility to certain data.
-
We added a new option to view how many filters you have enabled, along with the option to clear all filters at once. Refer to Filter and Sort Data Tables.

A new Webhook History table has been added to give you insight into sent webhooks, including their status and payload bodies. You can also test webhooks to verify network configurations between systems without submitting a real order.
The Webhooks History table displays webhooks with the following column data points:
-
Date: The date and time of when a webhook was last tested.
-
Solution: The solution that a webhook is associated with, such as Payments Fraud or Account Protection.
-
Event Type: The event type that a webhook is associated with, such as
Order.StatusChange. -
Status: The status of a webhook. If a webhook status is Failed, that means that the webhook is not sending data. Hover over the Failed status to see why the webhook failed.
-
Payload Body: You can view a webhook payload to review the sent data or copy the payload code. Viewing the webhook payload can help you troubleshoot or verify information.
-
Actions: You can retry individual webhooks if they have a Failed status.
Note
Webhooks with a Successful status cannot be retried.

In Analytics, we added a new Set Policy Details table to the Policy Management Snapshot report. The new table improves the Policy Management Snapshot report by displaying version publishing events (nested JSON policy arrays) into individual rows. Each row represents a distinct, individual policy.
The Set Policy Details table:
-
Eliminates the need to parse raw JSON data.
-
Enables targeted filtering on a set, version, and policy, which lets you audit conditions with a single version or across multiple versions. You can filter by Conditions JSON and Conditions Test to simplify condition-level auditing.

Visual indicators
The Link Analysis table now features distinct row and cell formatting to help you instantly identify how related orders match your selected criteria. You can reference the Table Legend located directly above the table results for a quick visual guide.
The match criteria are indicated by the following formatting rules:
-
Original Order: Indicated by a thick, dark purple vertical line on the far-left edge of the row.
-
Matches ALL selected criteria: Indicated by a thick, dark green vertical line on the far-left edge of the row.
-
Matches selected criteria: Indicated by a solid, light green background fill within the specific matching data cell.
-
Matches other criteria: Indicated by a light green border outlining the specific data cell, with no background fill.
Expanded criteria and custom fields
-
We added Billing Address Line 2 and Shipping Address Line 2 to Linking Criteria for precise apartment/suite matching.
-
We added support for individual address fields and custom fields as displayable table columns.
In-line decisioning and bulk actions
You can directly approve, decline, or review orders without leaving the Link Analysis table. You can bulk-action assigning a decision, reason codes, tags, and notes by selecting Change Status.
Note
You can assign reason codes, tags, and notes without assigning a decision to orders by selecting Log Details.
For more information, refer to Link Analysis.
