You can view your Inform cases in Kount 360.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Chargeback Management, and then select Inform.
The Inform table displays.

Filter your data as necessary. For example, select the filter
icon for the Dispute type column, and then select Visa Chargeback.

Select Export, and then select either .csv or .xlsx.
Your Inform data downloads in the selected file type.
