Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR) is a dispute resolution tool owned by Visa in collaboration with Verifi. Rapid Dispute Resolution helps you prevent chargebacks at the pre-dispute stage by automatically debiting your account and refunding the customer depending on a specified ruleset. No alert is triggered when a dispute is resolved with Rapid Dispute Resolution, and resolved disputes do not count against your chargeback ratio.
Rapid Dispute Resolution is intended to be used with Visa CDRN Alerts, which is a prevention alert service.
