View or export reports for sensitive account event details, such as list changes and user changes.

View a List Changes Report

View a report that displays any list changes made by a user.

Sign in to Kount 360.
Select Analytics.
Select the Folders () icon.
Select System Reports, then select List Changes.
Sort the information in the List Change Details as necessary.

Note

For custom reports, turn on Explore Mode. Explore Mode allows you to filter and customize columns.

Export a report that displays any list changes made by a user. You can export the report as a CSV, PDF, JSON, or Excel (.xlsx) file.

You must turn on Explore Mode to export reports. Explore Mode also allows you to customize your reports.

Sign in to Kount 360.
Select Analytics.
Select the Folders () icon.
Select System Reports, then select List Changes.
Sort the information in the List Change Details as necessary.
Select the three dots ( ) icon, select Export, then select a file type.

The report downloads in the selected file type.
