In the Agent Web Console (AWC), select the Fraud Control tab, and then select Emails under the VIP Lists section of the menu.

Select Add Email to VIP List.

When the Add Email to VIP List box displays, enter the email address.

In the VIP Type drop-down, choose the desired action, such as Approve.

Select Save VIP Email.

You can also add an entire email domain to a VIP list by using this format: *@outlook.com. The asterisk (*) is a wildcard. This way, any name associated with an email address in this domain is treated in the same way by the system. For more information about automatically declining email domains, go to Declining Orders from an Entire Email Domain.
